At Little Comforts, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important Note About Product
Please note that slight discrepancies in product colors due to screen settings, lighting, or photography are not considered valid grounds for exchange or return. We are happy to assist with any other substantial differences that may impact your satisfaction.
Defective or Faulty Products
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or faulty product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via:

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. However:
- If the issue is due to our error
- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
We will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to you within 7-10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
